I'm working on my thesis film in Sedona (actually I’m shooting in phx and probably Scottsdale, but anyways...) and I’ve got auditions coming up on the 10th of January.

If you guys would be interested, I could post character descriptions and audition timeslots for appointments and whoever signed up would get a side to read for the audition.

The reason I ask before just posting is.... I’m not an NAU student, I am at Zaki Gordon Institute for Independent Filmmaking in Sedona and I’m just looking for some cast (and an AD at the moment too) for a no budget thesis film (copy, credit, and food, that’s all I can promise you).

So are you guys interested in hearing more?

It is essentially the film you make at then end of film school, your independent project where you can lean on the school a little.

Basically its a story about choices and living with their consequences. In short...
boy (Jackson) and girl (Mindy) meet, things go well, they think they will be together.
Jackson chooses a rougher path than Mindy and winds up a bum on the street.
She goes to college, marries a Quarterback, and has a son.
QB has cancer, does not get drafter, has to figure out what to do to keep his family from failing.
and then we jump into the area covered by the synopsis on the website.
Murder, intrigue, dark hallways, good stuff to act and shoot.
